解決したい社会問題
「助けて」と誰かに素直に助けを求めることができたのは何歳までだったでしょう？
相手に気を遣い過ぎて逆にギクシャクしたり。
知らない人たちのなかで「助けて」と言える文化は作れないか？自分達を拡張家族として、ともに暮らし働き、相互扶助する。
その経験価値を社会と共有する共同生活組織がCiftです。
なにかにつけておせっかいをしたりしあえるコミュニティは、案外心地いいかもしれない。
つながること、シェアすること、預かることが幾重にも起こるこの心地よさを日本全国に広めたいと思い、現在行っている音楽活動にのせて発展させるプロジェクトです。
How old were you when you could genuinely ask someone for help?
We are too apologetic about distrubing other people, it makes us uncomfortable to reach out.
Can we create a culture in which we can say "help" even surrounded by strangers?
We live and work together at Cift as an extended family and provide mutual support. Cift is a communal living organization that shares the value of this experience with society.
A community where we can be mutually nosy might be surprisingly comfortable.
We want to spread this comfort of connecting, sharing, and taking care of each other in multiple ways throughout Japan, and this project is being developed in conjunction with our current musical activities.
その問題を解決するためのアイデアやアプローチ方法
Ciftには「助けて」と言える関係性のある拡張家族がいますが、練馬でもミュージシャン仲間と別の形の「頼りあえる」コミュニティで暮らしています。
この2つのコミュニティ（Cift 100人程度/練馬20人程度）の良さは、モノ、コト、体験を共有できる関係性だと思います。
コロナ前には年150回程度行っていたコンサートでは、それぞれの地域と繋がるように古民家や博物館で行い、思いをシェアして、その地域のことを吸収し、曲に反映して、次の活動へと循環させてきました。
Ciftの心やコミュニティの持つ心地良さを、音楽活動と絡めて発展させていこうと思います。
At Cift, we have an extended family with relationships where we can say "help", but we also live in Nerima in a different form of community with fellow musicians in which we rely upon each other. The beauty of these two communities (about 100 people at Cift and about 20 people Nerima) is the relationship of sharing things and experiences. We had been doing about 150 concerts a year before the coronavirus pandemic at old houses and museums to connect with each community, sharing our thoughts, absorbing what the community has to offer, reflecting it in our music, and circulating it to the next activity. We will continue to develop the comfort of Cift's heart and community by intertwining it with our musical activities.
プロジェクトを進行している上で直面している課題や困難
音楽活動は、楽器の運搬が伴うものなので、移動がいつも大変です。
誰かが車を持っていたら気軽に貸し借りしあえますが、今はレンタカーなどで経費が多くかかってしまいます。
この活動を広げるために、MINIをお借りできたら、もっと気軽に活動が増やせるし、移動も楽しくなると思います。
コミュニティの持つパワーは、体験してみないとわからないものだと思います。
少しずつでもしっかりと情報を広めることと、コミュニティ未体験者や初心者が、何かのきっかけで集まることのできる場所を提供することが大切だと思います。
Our musical activities involve transporting instruments, so getting around is always a challenge. If someone has a car, we could easily lend and borrow each other's cars, but at the moment it costs a lot of money to rent a car, for example. If we could borrow a MINI to expand these activities, we would be able to increase the number of activities more easily and make travelling more enjoyable. I think the power of community is something you can't understand until you experience it. It is important to spread the information thoroughly little by little, and to provide a place where people who have not experienced the community or are new to it can get together for anything.
